Excursion and Activity Tickets

Ages 9 and older: $950 per person.
Children ages 3–8: $800 per child.
Little Ones, ages 2 and under: $5 per little one.

When paying for your family's attendance, EACH ticket for adults or children must be ordered separately.  When ordering your ticket, please include the name of the family member and shirt size.  Please also included the ages of children 2 and under, so we can plan for meals and transportation in the adult ticket order section (see link below).

What Your Ticket Includes

Friday, August 6:
• An afternoon tour of the Discovery science museum.
• Dinner at the seafood restaurant.
• Corks and Charcuterie Game Night after dinner, held inside the hotel’s conference rooms.

Saturday, August 7:
• Breakfast.
• A visit to the outdoor Whitewater rafting and zip line park, beginning midmorning and continuing into the afternoon.
• Lunch.
• Our Saturday evening banquet dinner.

Sunday, August 8:
• Departure breakfast/brunch before transportation back to the airport.

Your ticket also includes:
• Transportation to and from the airport and scheduled restaurants, amusement parks, and museums.
• An inaugural reunion golf shirt featuring our family crest appliqué.
• A commemorative photo booklet celebrating our first cousins reunion weekend in 2027.

Ticket prices include applicable taxes and gratuities for the included activities and meals.

Provide each attendee’s name and golf shirt size when registering.  You can include the information in the Notes Section when you place your order!

Purchase Deadline

Please purchase your tickets by March 15, 2027, to help us secure the planned activities and avoid additional costs. Tickets purchased after March 15 may be subject to an additional fee based on changes in vendor pricing or availability.

Vendor deposits must be made by April 15, 2027, to secure our excursions, activities, and meal arrangements. Purchasing your tickets by March 15 allows us to meet those deadlines.

Please Read Before Purchasing

Please read the full itinerary on this page carefully before purchasing. Excursion and activity tickets are nonrefundable.

Airfare and hotel accommodations are NOT included in the excursion and activity ticket price. Each family member is responsible for booking and paying for their own flights and hotel accommodations.

Please reserve your room and arrange your flights as soon as possible. A convention is expected in Charlotte that same weekend, and we want everyone to secure accommodations while rooms are available. Please choose a Sunday return flight departing after 1 p.m. to allow time for breakfast/brunch and the airport transfer.

We are currently making individual hotel reservations rather than reserving a room block. Once we reach 25 rooms, the reunion organizer plans to request a group block and a 10% room discount, subject to the hotel’s confirmation. Please do not delay reserving your room while waiting for a group rate. Confirm the deposit and cancellation terms directly with the hotel when booking.
